Subscription and Payments

Access to Vision Navigator services requires payment of applicable subscription fees. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before taking effect.

Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services until payment is received.

Data Collection and Use

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and guarantee that all data provided by you is accurate.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption of sensitive data and regular security assessments.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with Vision Navigator on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
